Distribution wasn't the problem,. BP8 had the bird nest product on the shelves of all those china tobacco outlets. They simply couldn't move them. Presumably the price was not competitive (or the brand lacked recongition, idk).
And I also disagree that it was better than what Gu could have done, as the company said in this very announcement, he pulled in $300,000 birds nest sales several years ago.
Not giving up hope completely, but these guys are making extremely slow progress and the dilutive effects of these low ball cap raises are shrinking our holding in the company to virtually nothing.
