My understanding is the business model needed to step away from time bound proof of concepts or projects - essentially a time and materials contract. Naturally that’s all there was going previously as that was the maturity of most targeted sectors.

I believe the company has taken one step back to go forward more sustainably via recurring usage of analytics.

Essentially there was going to be no money in purely storing data or body shopping consultants and the company has shifted language to DAU. Ie how many micro interactions with the platform can we bill.

I think the operating leverage should become more apparent over the next year.

Or at least I hope….
