I hope you're right, but the 'never say never' comment in the RAAS interview, and their assumption of a raise makes me think it's on the cards. Maybe they could raise a smaller amount from insiders again if they need a bridge to the higher cash flows later in the year (another million at 8c in solidarity with Rob Newman!).
