although commendable, there is no TCV as Pointerra bills on a usage basis......they would have provided a pricelist to the client (presumably based on data uploaded and usage of the tools but there could be other criteria like support & advisory services), but clients are not using the tools or 3DP services as seen from revenues & cashflow

if you believe Olsen, FLP which is part of a group with a USD 155bn market capitalisation and has revenues of over 20bn and a profit margin of ~40% was waiting on approval/funds before they use the services of a software company which will likely cost them a few million a year to maintain their multi billion dollar infrastructure assets

the same applies to Amazon......perhaps Amazon is not doing very well and this part of the business (warehouses and effecient logistics) is not really an important part of their business and expected cost may not be warranted

anyway.....my cynicism aside, the point is they have estimated the revenues they can generate from their existing clients (incorrectly in the past based on ACV) and do not not have the ability to currently understand who will spend what & when hence no ARR (either that or if they publish the ~USD20m that Olsen references including in the recent RAAS call, it will be another 12 mths of pain for us as shareholders as it seems highly unlikely that a business annualising revenues of ~AUD5m currently (based on 1H24) can with their existing client base just spending more generate ~AUD30m in revenues (being the USD20m number)

The only numbers that can be trusted are those that are in the audited accounts, the rest is just fluff that Olsen has estimated and history has shown this is someone that does not have a decent grasp on numbers
