just like most subscription based services: Netflix, Spotify, Xero etc, AWS has increased costs as well.
The exact same data usage is more expensive than this time last year.
That is the benefit of being truly sticky. Unfortunately Pointerra isn’t at the point it can pass on costs so instead it eats into precious margin.
