Based on these numbers and the abysmal record of this company producing any sort of commercially viable product the chances of a major entity of any description committing to partner with them is to say the least, minimal.
Even one of it's most ardent and refreshingly articulate supporters has been reduced to posting five year old screenshots to support their cause.
IMO Tarrant has found himself in the unenviable position of having to throw good money after bad in order to preserve the slightest chance of recouping at least some of his investment.

IMO NOR is not a small fish in a big pond, or a big fish in a small pond. It is without a doubt (n my opinion) a scavenger nibbling away at the entrails of the ASX and the Australian tax system.
