Let's not forget... the last CR to instos and sophs was done at ZERO discount and on an upswing and oversubscribed. So if they do decide to go again, we could probably expect the same which is great considering our current prices.
And it definitely be our last.
Don't forget we get the credit facility as part of the JV with CRH.
