TBH it’s a bit sketchy having it presented that way. Typically, when forecasting you can’t have an opportunity sitting in stage 5 (formal final quote with view to purchase) while at the same time sitting in stage 6 (customer advised they are placing an order).
As both stages have their own risk and conversion rates.
Im still long on DRO, but I would prefer each stage to have the pipeline that’s associated with that part of the evaluation process.
