In addition, there has been a huge amount of speculation from Europe and in particular Germany (notice how many DRO chats on Reddit are in German). So basically, their entry point was very low, so when the Capital Brief article came out, they dumped, and are likely to continue to dump, as they are still making 100% or more profit. At the same time, DRO have moved offices and are expanding, and are at a time of year when US Agencies have low budget, so are not spending this quarter. All of these factors combined.
