Gross profit means revenue less cost of goods sold.
You then need to deduct any operating expenses that are not included in COGS, such as staff, rent, consultants (legal/corporate) etc etc.
Don't assume that Limepay is profitable. I do not think they are, otherwise they'd not likely have been 'for sale'.
IMO, Spenda thinks that collectively the combined entity will be profitable (not in September 1/4 though), otherwise they wouldn't have made the acquisition.
