Just relax, we are in Capricorn quarter finally, things will only be getting better from here in my opinion.. much better!
Maybe try doing some Bikram hot Yoga to release some tension. How many times have we told you not to tense up?. Yoga and 30minutes meditation per day will really allow you to experience some well needed relaxation.
