Likely some profit taking - I am still holding all my shares, the quarterly was exactly what i wanted to see to remain a long term holder here.
I agree with geffa9 - a TO is possible, else a JV or acquisition is also likely.
SP needs a bit of cooling down given the recent run - I think we will see some sales updates from the U.S shortly.
