Costs won't go down, actually it would be stupid to save there. The compliance software is the future money maker as this is a PLATFORM for other applications. VAT revenue will be dwarfed by compliance in the coming years. First 2 Pilots converted to contracts, that's just the beginning. Market won't really cosy up until the $$$$ gets reported but now is the time to buy.
