    way i read is annual contract value of 3.5M$ but if they can convert those 26 potential clients in their pipeline you would expect that should quarter of annual value which is circa 900k plus given commerical role out of APAI compliance is occuring as we speak this quarter along with NASDAQ telecom player integrating it into their system one would assume this should be the best quarter of the company period.
    normally this quarter is strong for the company which should bring in 1.3M$ + extra clients circa 900k + unknown revenue from APAI say conservatively 300K so that 2.5M$ their staff costs are likely to stay same so they strong possibility they should be cashflow positive around 500k which one can annualise safely to 2M$ and that will start the re rate for this company.
    problem is they had shed no information on how much revenue can be added from APAI from 2 big client plus roll out to existing and new clients so it could come as big suprise to all.
    applogies to all for my constant negativity for last couple of months i think company is starting to turn a corner and i will be looking to buy more.
