Overall it’s a positive announcement and 4th quarters. Cash positive from operations despite some legal fees this quarter. With the court decision already out, the legal cost should go down from hereon. The $1m loan rapayment I think is with BTNature so the interest should also go down from hereon. There is still $1m loan from shareholders so this somehow still put pressure on cash balance. Also, it is interesting to see a cash deposits being received. This indicates that its not only that there is demand for the products but also customers are willing to pay deposit to secure some of it. The only concern I have at this stage is the skinny cash balance. If option holders will exercise the option, this will somehow help strengthen the balance sheet and cash of the company.
