It's definitely a possibility but I doubt it would happen for less than 100-150mil. I think everyone would prefer they stay the course so that there is possibility of a stellar run on the SP. It seems like a very attractive aquisition for several companies that they are doing business with. Austal doesn't have the cash to afford to aquire her atm and is still a potential aquisition itself, but a merger might be possible. I don't see any of these comapnies aquiring her though, if there was one I would pick for a legit buyer it would be Lincoln Electric or something similar.
If something was going to happen regarding a US market move or a merger or aquisition then it would probably happen this financial year or not at all IMO.
