looks good.
they are forecasting $39.5m EBITDA for FY25.
its my understanding they believe a reasonable multiple for the business is 10x EBITDA.
so close to $400m market cap.
it reads to me that they are alluding to a stronger EBITDA the. They $39.5m with acquisition benefits and ADT commercial exceeding expectations.
i don’t see $1.5 SP as out of the question in 12-18months
