Well we all are aware the battery issue has held up the process, for better or worse. I'd be very surprised if this was still an ongoing concern given they have delayed submission by a significant amount of time to implement the new battery.
@McQuade it may not matter to you, but do you think they would be successful in approval from the FDA if there was still depletion issues? A company burning 15 ml per q cant afford to waste time, unless they specifically skirt around the real issues to investors so not to spook the market.
We all must remember this company survives off the goodwill of its investors, but it does not mean the goodwill is reciprocated.
Thus my ongoing scepticism, and risk positioned accordingly.
