If I could jump in here…
It can only be reasonably speculated that it’s administrative. If not we’ve been fed a 20 year lie. This is not a start up, the tech has been thru extensive trials, been implanted successfully blah blah. Even the battery issue is not crucial to success, some may deplete quicker, so what? If I need this to stop me dying I couldn’t give a rats about potential shorter battery life.
So it could be admin, testers on leave, supply chain, paperwork being properly logged, checked.
I’m not at all surprised the assumption, if there’s a delay, is it’s administrative.
