Im Sure IBorrow are having deep regrets over this loan. But i would think it better re-negotiate another 6 months and keep the payments coming in, than let EDE default and then go through the messy process of litigation.
I wonder if Chapter 13 could apply to EDE, if it were wound up as Iborrow and the properties are in the states
