That's a bit harsh, I do recall it being mentioned as goal but don't think it was a promise (stand to be corrected if you have the evidence).

Since the channel 7 ad's we've been adding approx. 2,500 new active accounts per month, so still a 2+ year runway for the 500,000 mark. Plus Brendan said they have a significant number of old Raiz users that they are re-engaging with the new platform and features.

Given there's been next to no interest rate reduction either hasn't helped, but the short term expectation for the macro is that this will.

I did ask during the webinar what is the plan post Channel 7 ad's, which he said "the continued focus is the re-engagement of inactive accounts and "something / someone" else they are doing with another company."
