I like the mention of 'pressing the advantage' in the webinar, and taking technological edge we have currently and driving hard with it. Marquee clients like ANZ case study will be helpful for this, and potential international expansion.
As much as the market is saying 'profitability is all we care about', big revenue growth is an undeniable aphrodisiac, and IMO we need to drive sales which seems to be on the menu. To that end, international markets are an obvious option, and if the 3rd party providers are multi-nationals with presence in Europe/UK then all the better to expand through known channels.
Do we have USA expansion options with the licence agreement with that other mob?
There's a lot to like about this business turnaround story. Wilted tech idealist meets hardened debt recovery business (with a velvet glove) in a cost of living crisis. The movie script writes itself!
