The production is up 62%, driven largely by outdoor crop which is all harvesed in the past 3 months. (Even the poly production is naturally weighted more to this season)

ergo... big labour costs for this season, this year.

There is also a Heck of alot more going on that is not reccurrent cost...

.+ We are doing the tunnels in house - must cost heaps in labour.
+ All the new and varied upgrades in production facilities. Like tunnels, they dont spring up by themselves overnight.
+ Launching a whole extra biz plan with B2C, not just adding a new product line. Takes a lot of moderately high priced time.
+ Nibbling into biotech. Whole new world, same applies as launching b2c - big upfront costs.
+ All the new (valuable) authorities, certifications and other beaurocratic crap are an expensive time consuming process. staff wise.
+ More "unexpected costs when doing new things", i am sure. always is.

This Q report will not be popular with iternerants, blow ins, traders nor the persistantly near-terminally nervous.

It is pretty well exactly what you expect if you are here for the med-long haul. The rock solid foundations of a genuine australian House of Cannabis steadily, relentlessly building... building...
And bang on the right track imo.

Near everybody else seems to be pretty much doing exactly the opposite - stripping their assetts in the hope of even staying alive.
