You buy the asset/property using substantial amounts of debt. I renovate/upgrade/add a room to this property using cash or refinancing debt. In return, I am able to increase the income streams (rent) on this investment and add inherent value to the property. I am not sitting down at end of each quarter, seeing big red numbers and pulling my hair out. Given that I am easily able to pay my expenses and am guaranteed an income stream from the cash generating asset. Much like how a company works.

ECS is investing into their capability to be able to produce more cash generating assets. If it be production quantity, manufacturing facilities, Intellectual property or sales teams. So it may look like costs have blown out, but Nan and management wouldn’t be sitting there in the board room distressing over this quarters numbers. We have guaranteed income streams, increasing the margins through expenditure in this quarter and a cash position with the availability to access debt if required. The fundamentals are only changing for the better IMO. Despite downward pressure on the low quality imports saturating the Australian market, the export demand is evident and quality when it comes to pharmaceuticals (which is often not educated onto prescribers) is key to successful therapeutic outcomes . We have a premium product, a diverse product range and arguable the Biotechnology in VesiSorb to disrupt the conventional market.

Sit tight. I’m waiting for my 1.4c bid to hit. I didn’t think that selling pressure would be this immense, but again, presenting a phenomenal opportunity to average down. We could liquidate the company right now for a profit, which is seemingly illogical given a 30% YoY revenue increase.

Feel bad for those that got out at 1.4, unless of course it was Keach. Its already back bid at 1.4 with 4.1 million shares. Nice demand coming back.
