She mentioned (can't remember where) that with the heating and lighting it increases the cost of the PCEs. Not sure how much each costs though.
A disappointing report, looks like ECS isn't immune to pricing pressure and I doubt they are still receiving $5.50 p/g. I guess that is why ECS is going heavy into B2C and exports to get that margin back and then some (for B2C). Looks like we won't have too long to wait to see if it works given Nan's comment about next quarter.
