Tim talks frequently about being unhappy with the share price because at this market cap they can't get analyst coverage and institutional investment. The idea they looking to buy up shares at low prices is nonsense.
The marketing spend will take time - you would allocate the bulk of those investments at the end of their cycle for biggest impact, not when there is a low user base.
And basically there has been a close correlation with interest rates and slowed demand - we can't expect much until interest rates start to ease.
