They did post a quarterly loss but an annual cash flow positive. The quarterly loss is primarily due to the increase in marketing spend where about 40% of annual marketing budget was spent this quarter.
I also would have liked to see quarterly break down with specifics on UK/US and agree it was management papering over it.
On Oneflare the strategy is to eventually have this absorbed into Airtasker so I don’t think it’s a bad thing revenue is shrinking here while Airtasker overall is growing.
76% growth in UK is solid but at these low levels you really want US/UK growing above 100%.
overall a So/So quarter but a good year where the cash bleed was stopped while maintaining modest growth.
I’m clear on the UK/Aus strategy but want to see more on US strategy to get there.
