Yes, it is designed for people with cognitive impairment. However, in time, with enough data and some fine tuning, this tool can be used in all sort of circumstances.
I can't find it now, but in the early days, PCK did release a video where the potential uses of Painchek can be applied. In one circumstance, it can be used to scan patients waiting in an emergency room for pain. Or scan for pain while a driver is driving and so on.
I believe all of those will come to pass. Just needs time.
As for that pest, he is so needy of attention. And his knowledge of everything is so shallow, he has nothing to offer. No more need be said.
