You know the small end of the market is in trouble when a set up like this is at all time lows, without even a post raise mini pump. It's pretty much at the point now that you buy these plays when the acquisition is announced, if any good, as the opportunity cost of holding and waiting is an issue. i.e You could have held WC8 for 2yrs at 2.3c or bought as much as liked at 4c on acquisition day or WA1 at 15c pre hit and 40c day of.
