They could possibly take the lot jamwolf and then do what ever they want if they owned it. They could sack everyone which would possibly take a big chunk out of the running costs, then install their own skeleton team to run production and sales. I mean receipts are pathetic atm so would it really matter much if everything were to shut down for a while.
Although I don't think you can write off Regal that easily. I don't know how many shares they own now but am guessing a lot after the last raise, so Imo if there was to be some sort of takeover by another medical company then I could imagine they would have a big say in it.
