I hate to nitpick but the disaster started literally on the cover page of the quarterly.
Any high school student will tell you the difference between 'alternate' and 'alternative'.
Very unprofessional.
As for the financials, it is now a real possibility that these clowns will run the company down into bankruptcy despite the good science.
