Consolidation almost never works well for holders, I can point to 100s of examples of it not working out and really not one of them working out, I would like to see some example of it working. Almost always the case that if you sell when consoidation is announced and you will be able to get back in cheaper after consolidation as price sinks as its illiquid, and more room to fall, and since consolidation is only make the price look more attractive for a cap raise, so people are aware that one is coming when theres a consolidation.

Anyway heres hoping they get through the trial with no cap raise needed.

WBT has improved after consolidation. The reason you can find so many failures after consolidation is not due to the consolidation. Its to do with the fact that the company printed shares and burned cash quicker than the progress they ever made. Most speculative companies will probably fail.
