Even 0.3c doesn't seem safe right now.
That's because I don't think they can afford to wait until the last week to do a CR.
It will have to come before, maybe even before the results are ready to be published.
That only means one thing: consolidation to create room underneath for a CR and then a CR.
100 to 1 consolidation (as CMB just did) will create plenty of room for them to do a discounted CR ... and screw us all, LOL.
For better or for worse, I work in the financial sector so I can't queue my orders weeks in advance.
I have to have each trade approved by my company and execute it within 2 days, so no 0.3c queue for me.
