I think that is what the announcements have said will happen. It is hard to interpret them any other way.
EITHER: that is what the company means to say and it will happen as they say.
OR: there will be some delay for reasons that are not yet apparent or not yet disclosed - and that would not be for the first time.
OR: the company is simply making stuff up to suit themselves - which I do not choose to believe.
As you say, only time will tell.
