Another renewal is good, but the Quarterly doesn't really show much progress.
I had (incorrectly) assumed last year that once all the rooms were installed, that financials would look much better.
To date, the cash flow report hasn't impressed and no debt is being paid off.
Maybe the $400k would have made it look better if received on time, but not a huge difference.
With the MXO shares sold ($127k) and the extra $400k banked, they need to have an exceptional quarterly this time.
They really need to get 15k mining rooms, 7k Aged Care and 2k other (ie: Prisons) to make this a decent business.
Still very cheap, but a tough hold.
