No one goes to jail for disclosure breaches. I've seen cases where directors steal millions off clients and they don't go to jail. You can find these decisions online.
the thesis that the results can't be bad, as they would have been released by now, is flawed.
if they had any faith in Covid they would have pushed it first, especially as hiv is flop.
