In denial but no one can just ignore what is being presented in black and white.

I don't know what the next step for BIT is, but the financial management is appalling. Waiting on a $mil R&D payment to keep the company going is akin to buying lottery tickets in the hope it can change everything. Suggesting that the options will be taken up when they are exercised at twice the current SP is even worse.

We are all presented with market information, and we all need to absorb everything when we make any decisions - relying purely on what the OD presents to shareholders does not equate to hard facts or fool proof predictions either.
