She is not stupid - but she is not financial astute either.

To be honest, she has been alluding to a deal for the last 5 years.

At the last CR, she pushed that point of a pending deal to a dangerous level - and ended up having a rushed CR with a heavy discount. Financially, that was disaster for BIT and shareholders. She gambled and lost. Her actions then were not financially prudent, and she also lacks a sense of timing - she could have bitten the bullet while BIT was riding high at 9 or 10 cents.

BIT is a bit financially naive to be fair.
