>>For a company claiming to be working for SH there really has to be a fiduciary duty that when there are delays to trials explain what steps they are taking to speed things up, mitigate risk etc. Not just offer excuses and say how tough drug development is. No sh!t!
All trials face delays, for a biotech, R&D will be far and away the largest source of cash burn, but competent and responsible companies will be proactive in trying to work around delays.

Second, the enormous delay to releasing results for example for BIT225-011, personally that also raises huge ethical questions. You can't simply finish a trial and sit on data and wait an eternity to release it. Patients sometimes with serious illnesses have agreed to enter your trial, they usually aren't compensated, the least a company can do is explain in a timely way what the trial showed and what they intend to do with the results of the experimentation on those patients.

This is shameful.
