The fact that they are forecasting a 7 million dollar September quarter would indicate that the phase 3 will not be starting until at least October.
If the pase 3 does start in October and no deal has been done, then expect a CR the day after phase 3 approval.
This is time for Paul to make good on his promises of deals, if he cant then I dont know how they are expect to fund the phase III.
