Maybe I've missed something, but I only recall Rennie saying things like 'we would prefer to not go down the CR path, or we are working on securing a deal rather than CR, ' etc. I don't recall him ever saying there will not be a CR. And he couldn't tell us even if there was going to be a CR. What do you think that would do to the share price if people were forewarned? You'd be watching it spiraling into the abyss (which admittedly it has done anyway). Then he'd be raising at even lower prices, and those of us who hadn't sold would be drinking more tears than rum.
