I understand why everyone is obsessed with
upfront/milestone payments. It is so we don’t
have to CR. However the making of this company
depends on how much royalty can be negotiated.
IMO, anything less than 20% is scandalous,
after we have had to put up with so much delay
and so much more to come. There is an air of
desperation, permeating through company
management and opinion posts on this forum.

I think we are being softened up for a royalty deals
well under 20%, no matter which jurisdiction we
are referring to and now we are talking about
no sales of the product until early 28.(Unless in
the unlikely event we get thrown some scraps by
TGA). This company could have been so much
more.
