1)The last quarter would have likely included rent for the manufacturing facility which has now ceased. 2)The staff count (on LinkedIn) has been slowly but surely reducing over the last few months from a high of 76 to now 62. Bradley Glover confirmed during the Kincell deal investor webinar that staff would reduce by about 50% so we can expect further savings as they trim the team back to clinical specialists only. Around 30 to 40 could be the end number? Big saving. 3) There is a total of $6,000,000 in milestone payments to come from the Kincell deal at some stage.
I'm optimistic that a partnership deal is likely in the next 12 months, especially on strong data. I wouldn't be surprised if something hasn't already been loosely negotiated conditional upon good data.
