Agreed Dicky, there are some adjustments to the norm going forward. Two further considerations that are in the mix are : $8m usd in Aug 24 and $13m usd at end Azer-cel 1B trials monies/and or share equity payable to Precision relating to the Azer-cel acquisition. These two obligations are significant sums in either case, which will hit the cash balance or share dilution or both. If I know Paul Hopper , he will go for dilution… and on today’s share price that equates to around 550,000,000 - 550M shares for Precision. A potentially hugely valuable sum if Imugene is ultimately successful.
