RAD was pushed to 3c when the 4c / 5c were announced although there was a spike to almost 4c the day before. The RAD shares went, apart of REGAL, to US based investors and Lantheus and the sell down was most likely caused by Lind. If we see here a similar deal then Lind gets the axe as well, looks like Lind is still selling although the 600k shares at the close today looked like a regular retail holder.
Don't think any current holder apart of management know what the Ts & Cs will be, leaks aren't common at Hopper's companies. And even if, the low volume suggests no major holder anyway.
PH has to announce it soon, could be tomorrow at the start of a new months. Worst case, we lose it all. That's how I value all my stocks, always at ZERO. Just upside from there but it is easy when investing totally free carried. Different story for those who put their essentials on the line.
