I totally agree with you and doesn’t make sense to me but it doesn’t matter what we think if the reality is that a buyout is based off the sp. I would think that a buyout should be based on the TAM and potential sales figures but apparently it doesn’t work that way. He basically said that if ‘we’ the shareholders and owners think it’s worth whatever the mc is, why should anybody else have to pay multiples of that for it?? I mentioned bots, sentiment, the market not understanding the science or just getting the valuation wrong but still no.. So we better hope the sp increases before we start considering offers
