Unlikely the 11th of September deadline will be met, it normally takes 3-4 weeks to issue those shares. Looks like a change of plan, for better or worth, time will tell.

According to Hopper's plan, CR level at 1.2c when using 1.6c as 5 day average. Would get the EV down to less than 10m.
