The 11/09/24 CR has been either postponed or cancelled. Not sure what happened but it seemed that back then there was someone lined up to take a stake and either Hopper or they pulled the plug or Hopper is renegotiating. Hard to tell but fact is $$ are running out. Plenty of rescue options available, from an IMU stake / loan to the destroying service of Lind. He, so far, let CHM and RAD get close to the $ edge while at IMU he always secured funds way before needed. Not sure why the difference, maybe his personal priorities.
We need to consider to be put in temporarily admin if he can't or won't find any cash. Can't believe he is doing that when having secured the service of Rebecca but maybe he doesn't care should she leave to protect her reputation similar to Jen Chow.
Plenty of responsible funding out there, he just needs to put some effort in like he did at RAD and stop selling CHM's GOLD as CRAP.
