The issue is $500k would only be a stop gap now, Hopper broadcast to the market over 6 weeks ago this CR /Placement the SP slipped from 3.8c to 1.7c with nothing from the BOD to support the CR/Placement , so the SP just eroded , which is actually SH value.. so roughly half the Company MC /SH value has been lost because of the early announcement of a CR..
Steini is correct that Hopper would not have let this happen with the other stocks in his portfolio... I'd say there was an interested Investor circa 3c maybe 2.8c 6 weeks ago but difficult now to ask 2.8c for a 1.7c share?
IMHO there are only 2 scenarios in Business Inept or Neglect ,,, if you are aware of some issue and don't address it that's neglect,, if something blindsides you that's inept ,,
Even if we scrape by from being placed in Administration the market are aware of the dire cash position ,,, even our recent patient being dosed can't remove the Funding Stain and current cash position...
To Me the clock has been deliberately used to drive the SP down ,, you don't broadcast a CR over a month 6 weeks out unless you want to deliberately see SP erosion..
