When Warwick Grigor's Aguia took over Andean mining via issuing AGR shares. The shares were to be held in escrow for 6 months to stop a sell-off by Andean holder's wanting out. This gave Warwick and his team 6 months to create value for shareholders in the hope they'll continue to remain as AGR holders. Warwick's last CR for AGR was done at a 16.7% discount and NO attached options. Sorry for cross promoting but wanted to use an example of a CR done right.
